Customer service is top tier. Had several issues with ups delivering and arriving days late which was not at all reef exclusive’s fault. I communicated with them, they responded almost immediately and fixed all my issues also replacing all my coral at no cost. Amazing team would recommend for all your coral needs.

I came in here last week to check out a new store in my area. I have visited nearly every store in New England and I cannot say I have seen a cleaner, more professional, and outstanding store! Alex is very knowledgeable and has a great passion for the hobby. I will be visiting again soon!

Just visited this store this past weekend and all I can say is wow! The store is still being built out, but all I can say is that the corals look fantastic, healthy with vibrant hues, and in varieties I rarely see in the Boston area! I picked up two frags as well as a pair of shrimp and they are doing great in my tank so far. Also, they are very knowledgeable about the corals, and it really shows. Will be back again!

Just stopped by and purchased a selection of corals. Alexander was super helpful and a pleasure to purchase from. They have a very large selection of corals, and in very great shape and colors. Nicest selection that I've ever seen from a store. It is a new store located in tewksbury (they took over an old dry cleaners store @ 535 main street) Alexander is working on getting all his tanks in tip top shape for new fish, but has a gorgeous selection of corals at amazing prices. I will certainly be back to purchase more!!!
