Shipping Information
Shipping fish to any state costs $60.
Shipping corals to any state costs $40.
Free shipping is available for coral orders over $275.
Dry goods ship free for orders over $100.
Marine life and dry goods will be shipped separately via different methods.
How to Place an Order
To place an order at Reef Exclusive, you need to have a valid and frequently used email account. Simply add all the products you wish to purchase to your virtual cart, following all the steps in the checkout process to successfully complete your purchase.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If any information is incorrect, you can immediately request changes or even cancel your order.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Notification and Delivery
You will receive separate notifications and tracking numbers for dry goods and livestock.
Please note that due to different carriers and shipping methods, dry goods and livestock may arrive on different days.
Dry goods will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS, while livestock will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. FedEx or UPS will email you a tracking number with information confirming the location and arrival time of your package. You will receive your tracking number approximately one hour after your shipment leaves our facility.
To minimize the time your livestock spends in transit, we will schedule your shipment between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. We do not ship live goods to other countries.
To better serve our customers and ensure the highest quality of delivery for our livestock, Reef Exclusive ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or on national or corporate holidays, as the speed and quality of your shipment are our top priorities.

Product Information
If you ordered a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) item, we guarantee that you will receive that specific item, but please remember that lighting conditions can significantly alter the colors you see.
Delayed Orders
Weather conditions, new arrivals, and other circumstances may lead to restrictions on the supply of products and shipments at any time.
We may unilaterally postpone shipping to another day if we believe that the livestock is not in optimal condition on the day of shipping.
If a decision is made to delay an order shipment, we will always use any information available to notify you of the schedule change. We strongly recommend checking your email the day before and the evening before the scheduled delivery date.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for service failures of any carrier.
They do not provide any credits or guarantees on any livestock products. We will work with our customers to assist them in any way possible, but Reef Exclusive is not obligated to help due to a carrier's service failure.
Please check the local weather forecast before placing your order, especially if you are interested in livestock!
Damage During Shipping of Dry Goods
If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage.
All damaged goods and packaging must be kept, as UPS and the United States Postal Service may need to inspect the package to assess it.
Please open all packages and check all items for damage immediately upon arrival.
Please keep the original packaging and do not discard the box until the claim has been processed or you have been instructed to do so.
Reef Exclusive will not be liable for damaged items but will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation for Live Goods
You may cancel your order if we have not yet processed it for shipping. Preparation for shipping includes holding the order after it has been placed or received from our supplier. Cancellation requests must be made via email. We will respond promptly to inform you of the status of the process and whether the order can be canceled.
