      Returns of Living Goods

      We work directly with trusted vendors to ensure that only healthy livestock is shipped to you. We do not accept returns for any live goods and once the order is placed with the vendor, we are unable to cancel the order. We have taken the purchased animal out of our inventory system and reserved it for you. 


      Returns or refunds cannot be offered on Live Fish or Invertebrates that you decide you do not want. Please ensure the items you order are what you want before finalizing the order.


      Warranties and Returns of Aquarium Supplies


      Reef Exclusive only offers products that the manufactures stand behind.

      Most of the aquarium supplies sold on our site come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. 


      Please open all packages and inspect all items for damage immediately upon arrival.


      In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective, we recommend that you visit the manufacturer's website and follow their instructions regarding repair or replacement. Most manufacturers prefer to handle their own warranties and it usually concludes in a quicker turn around for you.


      If for any reason you are not happy with the way they handle a problem or if you are unable to contact them, please let us know. We'll ensure your issue is handled fast and efficiently by acting as the first point of contact.


      Please retain all product packaging and tags until you're completely satisfied with your purchase.


      Incorrect Price and Typographical Error


      Information may appear on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, and availability.


      If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.


      We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders even if it has been confirmed and your credit card charged.


      If your credit card was charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
